Return and refund policy

Deliveries and Returns
We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard Delivery
Fixed price from SEK 69 (regardless of the order's volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden, and from SEK 89 for deliveries outside Sweden. Delivered to your nearest DHL or PostNord agent. Smaller parcels will be delivered to your mailbox.
Delivery conditions are also specified at checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, it will be indicated next to the item. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you via email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of a delivery delay. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be instances where fulfilling the order is impossible, such as when our supplier or carrier fails to fulfill their obligations to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. You will always receive a notification via SMS, email, or letter showing where and when to pick up your package. If you do not collect the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of SEK 300.

Returns
You can easily order a return label for SEK 79 (within Sweden, for up to 5 items), which will be deducted from the refund once we have received and processed your return. Alternatively, you can send your return as a letter or package at your own expense, not as cash on delivery.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you should send a clear and specific message to hello@bihiboutique.com before the cancellation period expires, in the manner outlined here. You should include your name, address, and order number in the message. If you do not wish to use the above method of communication, you can use the standard cancellation form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (see www.konsumentverket.se).

14-Day Right of Return
We follow the Distance Contracts Act, and thus you have the right to return ordered items without providing any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a larger portion of it). The item should be returned well-packed, in good condition, and in its original packaging.

If you, as a customer, have handled the item more than necessary to determine its characteristics or functionality, and this has led to the returned item being of lesser value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the item from the refund amount. The depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we receive the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the item back.
