Deliveries

Standard Delivery

  • Within Sweden: Fixed price from SEK 69 (regardless of order size/weight). Delivered to your nearest DHL or PostNord agent. Smaller parcels may be delivered to your mailbox.

  • Outside Sweden: Fixed price from SEK 89. Carrier and delivery method shown at checkout.

Delivery conditions are displayed at checkout under each method. If a product has a different delivery time, this will be shown next to the product. In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you by email. You always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of a delay.

We will do our best to fulfil your order. In rare cases (e.g., if our supplier or carrier fails to deliver), the order may be cancelled. Our liability is limited to refunding you for the affected items.

You will always receive an SMS, email, or letter notification showing where and when to pick up your package. Uncollected parcels incur a handling fee of SEK 300.

Returns & 14-day right of withdrawal 

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We follow the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), which gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@bihiboutique.com with your name, address, and order number. Alternatively, you may use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s withdrawal form (see konsumentverket.se).

Items must be returned well-packed, in good condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent back using a traceable shipping method. We do not accept cash on delivery (postförskott).

Important: Hygiene products

For hygiene reasons, all hijabs are sealed in individual packaging. Once the seal is broken, the hijab is considered used and cannot be returned. Faulty or incorrect items will, be replaced at our cost.

If a returned item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature or function, and its value is reduced, we may deduct an amount for depreciation from your refund. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
