Shipping policy

We use Postnord agent for local and EU shipping for international shipping we use DHL agent.

Sweden (1-3 days)

EU (5-7 days)

International non EU (5-7 days)

Standard Delivery
Fixed price from SEK 69 (regardless of the order's volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden, and from SEK 89 for deliveries outside Sweden. Delivered to your nearest DHL or PostNord agent. Smaller parcels will be delivered to your mailbox.
Delivery conditions are also specified at checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, it will be indicated next to the item. In case of delivery delays, we will inform you via email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of a delivery delay. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be instances where fulfilling the order is impossible, such as when our supplier or carrier fails to fulfill their obligations to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. You will always receive a notification via SMS, email, or letter showing where and when to pick up your package. If you do not collect the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of SEK 300.
